Our Moving Services

At SMARTBOX, we offer a number of helpful and efficient moving services to make relocating to your new place simple, including:

Packing your boxes – our professional movers can pack your house top-to-bottom so you don’t have to worry about a thing—and we can even provide the moving supplies, such as boxes, packing tape, and more!
Loading your storage containers – whether we pack your home up or not, we can load all or some of your belongings into your portable storage containers, including refrigerators, couches, etc.
Unloading your boxes from the containers – once you and your belongings arrive at your new home, we can unload everything from your storage containers so you can start unpacking—just tell us where to put down the couch!

In addition to taking your belongings to their new location, we can also take designated storage containers to our temperature-controlled storage facility until you’re ready for them.

How Moving Works with SMARTBOX

Our goal at SMARTBOX is to make moving easy, and we do that by removing all the hassle associated with traditional moving companies. Instead of renting a moving truck, we’ll come to you. Worried about packing everything onto a moving truck in one day? Not anymore! Here’s how moving works with SMARTBOX portable storage:

First, we’ll determine the number of portable storage containers you’ll need based on the number of rooms in your home and the belongings you have. In general, each container can hold approximately one and a half rooms’ worth of belongings.
Then we’ll drop off your boxes and give you all the time you need to pack and organize. In fact, you can pack a full month (or more) in advance, if need be. Or you can enlist our moving services and we’ll pack up your home and load your belongings into the storage containers for you.
When you’re ready to move, we’ll pick up your storage containers and deliver them to your new home or to our secure, temperature-controlled storage facility. Upon arrival, we can unload your containers for you.
