SMARTBOX Portable Storage Safety Features

Keeping your portable storage containers on-site at your home, office, or other location is simple and safe. All of our boxes:

  • Are sturdily built – each of our containers are made of strong and durable wood that have an all-seasons weather-resistant cover.
  • Have butterfly clasp closures – the butterfly clasps help ensure that the doors close tightly and securely.
  • Have sliding hasps that accommodate a lock – all of our portable storage units are equipped with a sliding hasp that accommodates a padlock or combination lock for added security.

In addition to providing secure storage, each container is:

  • Perfectly sized – each storage container is 8 feet deep by 7 feet tall by 5 feet wide and can hold up to 3,500 pounds. They can hold approximately one and a half rooms of furniture and belongings, including larger items like refrigerators and king size mattresses.
  • Durable – our secure storage containers are made of a sturdy and durable wood that allows the contents to breathe, and they are protected from rain, snow, wind, and more by an all-seasons weather-resistant cover.
  • Easy to use – each container sits only 6 inches off the ground, making entering and exiting the boxes incredibly safe. This is particularly important when you’re carrying heavier items!
